How do I download purchased Product?

To download the product you have purchased, please follow these steps:

• Go to www.testkings.com;
• Login to Member's Area using the Username (Email Address) and Password;
• Your purchased exam will be visible in the "Current Products" section. Click on the required Exam to Download.

I need further download instructions. Where can I find it?

You can download the complete Testkings Manual (PDF) in your Member's Area in the left column. In case of further queries, please contact support@testtings.com for assistance.

How many computers I can download Testking Software to?

You can install Testking Testing Engine on a maximum number of 2 (two) PCs/devices. To use the engine on more than 2 PCs/devices, you need to purchase an additional license which can be easily done during the checkout process. Installing the engine on more than bought license number of PCs/devices will lead to your account being blocked.

I purchased the product but my Username/Password is not working. How can I locate my Password?

You can use Retrieve Forgotten Password form to get your password yourself. If you don't remember your Username (Email Address) you can email to the Support Team support@testkings.com stating the product you purchased and the date of purchase. Team will locate your Password and respond back.

How will I get Updates on Question & Answers?

The Interactive Testing engine is connected with the Server if the product is activated for online use. Once you start your product every time, Question & Answers are updated automatically when connected to the Internet.

Are your updates free?

Testking provides FREE updates for its products for 90 days from the date of purchase of the original product. On expiration the product(s) will become unavailable.

How often are your products updated?

Our products are updated on weekly basis. Once the certification vendor updates the exam course we update our products within several days. This way our products provide up to date exam material reflecting the current exams.

Is it possible to extend the update period of an expired product?

Expired products can be repurchased/renewed at 30% discount from within your Members' Area for another 90 day access.

Are there products that have more than 90 days of free updates?

In accordance with the Testking Licensing Program, Questions & Answer products can be purchased for 6 months and 1 year access on special request. This option is mainly suitable for large scale organizations, institutes/corporate sector. Contact manager@testkings.com for more information. You also can choose our Unlimited Access Mega Packs - subscriptions for 3, 6, 12 months.

What is a PDF Version? Can I purchase it without the Testing Engine?

PDF Version is a document of Questions & Answers product in industry standard .pdf file format, which is easily read using Acrobat Reader (free application from Adobe), or many other free readers, including OpenOffice, Foxit Reader and Google Docs. It is only available as an add-on to our main Testing Engine product.

How will I update my PDF Version?

Testking updates PDF Version together with the Testing Engine. The updated version of PDF Version can be downloaded from the Member's Area at any time.

My Product used to have a lot of questions but their number has decreased significantly after this update. What is the reason behind this?

Only up-to -date and latest exam material is provided by Testking so only necessary Questions for the exam are available in the product. Our Product Team make sure that there are no redundant or unnecessary questions in the product after the update.
